Client: any professional or natural person with capacity as defined in articles 1123 et seq of the Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site which is the object of these general conditions.

RESSORTS MASSELIN undertakes to take all the necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Data, in particular to ensure that these are not disclosed to unauthorised persons. However, if any incident with an impact on the integrity or confidentiality of the Client’s Data is brought to the attention of RESSORTS MASSELIN, the latter must inform the Client as soon as possible and inform the Client of the corrective measures taken. RESSORTS MASSELIN does not collect any “sensitive data”.

The User’s Personal Data may be processed by the subsidiaries of  RESSORTS MASSELIN and sub-contractors (service providers) exclusively to achieve the purposes of this policy.

Within the limit of the respective allocations and for the purposes set out above, the main persons likely to have access to the data of Users of RESSORTS MASSELIN are chiefly the officers of our customer service department.

 

8. Notification of incident
